Do you sell just the building?

Yes, We will sell you the building for you to erect yourself.  However, we are always available to help with the erection of your new building.

Does Your Building's Come With Plans?

Yes, All SCG Buildings come with 3 sets stamped engineered plans and 2 set stamped engineering calcs for the permitting department.

How Long Does It Take?

From the time the building is released for fabrication is takes 6-12 weeks for fabrication.  On-site construction takes about 4-6 weeks.  Depending on the size of the structure and complexity.  The permit process is the biggest unknown, it can take 2 weeks to 3 months depending on building department and how well your plans are drawn.

What Kind Of Warranty Do You Offer?

All SCG Buildings come with a 1 year warranty free of manufacturer defects.  Depending on the panel finish you select it either comes with a 20 year or 30 year paint finish warranty.
